Associate Professor Michelle Wallace has had thirty-three years continuous experience in education and human resource development. She was the inaugural co-ordinator of the North Coast Region's Centre for Professional Development, has been an academic for sixteen years and is Director of the Masters in Human Resources and Organisational Development in the Graduate College of Management. Michelle has developed and taught post-graduate programs in the areas of training and development and organisational development and human resources. Michelle has supervised many workplace research projects, Masters, DBA and PhD theses in the area of workplace learning, organisational change, leadership, volunteers, casualisation of the workforce, intentional communities, community engagement and ethics and has researched human resource practices in numerous organisations. Michelle's recent publications include works on power and identity in organisations, change, career development and transnational teaching and learning. Michelle's current research involves women in middle-management and international/transnational teaching and learning. |
