Student Consultations

We offer a range of options for students who are seeking individual or small group advice.

Consultations by appointment

Appointments of up to 40 minutes on campus, telephone or BB Collaborate appointments are available for individuals or small groups during NSW university opening hours (9am-5pm). Time available for face to face consultations is limited and demand is heavy so it is best to try some of our other options such as Assignment Navigator or our Quick Guides as a first resort. To avoid disappointment, please make sure that you book an appointment well in advance of the due date of your assignment. We cannot guarantee that any of our staff will be available for last-minute appointments.

Email Q&A review of assignments

We offer email Q&A and review of assignments. We will endeavour to reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). This service is for you if you want some feedback on your assignment or have a question for us. Please note that this is not a proof-reading or editing service. We will provide a feedback report with advice about your assignment. Assignments must be received at least 1 week before the due date to ensure you will have time to use the suggestions given.

After-hours email hotline

This service is for students who have an urgent question that needs a quick answer. This service will operate from April 16 until August 1, 2013. To access this service please email asd-consult@scu.edu.au between 6.00 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The service is not monitored outside of these hours.
