Tom has lived in Vanuatu for 9 years, and in Thailand for 2 years. He has worked on various festivals and events as a producer for 15 years. Tom's PhD project explored the intersection of kastom, art and tourism in a case study on the Vanuatu Women's Water Music. He is currently teaching leadership and research at Southern Cross University.
