School of Business and Tourism Associate Professor Adjunct Associate Professor Michelle Wallace has had many years experience in education and human resource development. She has been Director of the Masters in Human Resources and Organisational Development in the Graduate College of Management and Director of the Doctor of business Administration . Michelle has developed and taught post-graduate programs in the areas of training and development and organisational development and human resources. Michelle has supervised many workplace research projects, Masters, DBA and PhD theses in the area of workplace learning, organisational change, leadership, volunteers, casualisation of the workforce, intentional communities, community engagement and ethics and has researched human resource practices in numerous organisations. Michelle's recent publications include works on power and identity in organisations, change, career development and transnational teaching and learning. Michelle's research has involved women in middle-management and international/transnational teaching and learning.
