Niloofar is a postdoctoral research fellow at Southern Cross GeoScience . Her research focus and interests are: Biogeochemical cycling of iron and sulfur in acid sulfate soil wetlands and acid mine drainage affected environments, transformations of minerals under fluctuating redox conditions, geochemical behaviour and redox transformation of trace metals and metalloids such as arsenic and antimony in soils and sediments and antimony speciation and fate in anoxic aqueous environments and its interactions with the sulfur cycle.
