Close the Gap - Reconciliation Policy Symposium
You are invited to attend the Close the Gap - Bi-Cultural Diversity and Reconciliation Policy Symposium
This Symposium will acknowledge our history and allow participants to discuss contemporary issues for Bi-Cultural Diversity and Reconciliation in Institutional Policy.
It will also identify gaps and propose ways to make policies more inviting, relevant and easily understood by Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous peoples, using things like plain English, Indigenous principles, knowledge and design elements from Country.

The National Close the Gap day is Thursday 21 March, 2019.
The Close the Gap campaign is the result of the Australian public’s overwhelming support for improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The Close the Gap campaign for Indigenous Health Equality is a highly regarded movement that has shaped government policy.
