About the Symposium
As this decade unfolds, healthcare providers face new and urgent demands. The impact of COVID-19 and changing patient expectations are accelerating the need to collaborate and innovate, and expand access to affordable, quality healthcare to all.
This year’s AI symposium – An Awakening in Healthcare – outlines how artificial intelligence will support this new world, the link between AI algorithms and Indigenous culture, new and required research, workforce readiness, and the actions clinicians can take today to shape tomorrow and beyond.
“The question is not whether computers can outperfrom humans in specific tasks, but how humanity will embrace and adopt these capabilities into the practice of medicine”
Leo Anthony Celi (Keynote)
