The SCU Netball club enters competitive teams into the Coffs Harbour Netball Association Wednesday night competition. The winter season start mid Feb and runs through to July, with the summer comp starting in August/ September.

The SCU Badminton Club plays every Thursday 7-9pm at the P Block sports hall on Lismore campus. It is a popular activity with many of our visiting International students and is a great way to meet other students. The club is open to people of all abilities and new players are welcome.

The Gold Rats Rugby Club competes in the Far North Coast Rugby Union competition with teams in first and second grades and U/18s. The Board Riders Club holds regular competitions during the year at local surf breaks including Ballina and Lennox Head. They also compete in the King and Queen of the Campuses Surf Challenge and the Australian University Surfing Champs. This club is very active out of the surf as well with regular social events and parties. The club is also keen to involve surfers at Coffs and Gold Coast campuses.
