Appointments can be made by contacting the receptionist, in person or by telephone at the Counselling Service. Please note that services are reduced during non-teaching time.

Urgent counselling

Students or staff who require urgent counselling, whether by telephone or in person, are requested to state this to the receptionist and appropriate assistance will be arranged.

  • Although the demand for the Counselling Service is considerable, every effort is made to provide assistance to students and staff as soon as possible. In the event that you need to speak with a Counsellor urgently and the University counsellors are unavailable, please contact Lifeline for assistance on Ph: 131 114 (24 Hours) or
