Explore the process of entrepreneurship and make a difference in the Northern Rivers

The Enterprise Lab is launching the Ideation Program – a six-week workshop series to develop solutions and entrepreneurial skillsets in the Northern Rivers region.

Working with local business and industry partners, passionate individuals will come together to work on generating positive solutions for challenges facing our region.

You don’t need to come with an idea, just a willingness to think outside-the-box and work in a collaborative team.

We’ll provide the creative tools, inspirational mentors and the space required for you to begin your entrepreneurial journey. In teams, solutions will be developed over a series of face-to-face workshops once a week.

At the end of the six weeks, in a live pitch session, teams will compete for seed funding of $2500 to help bring their ideas to life.

So what do you need to apply? We are looking for self-motivated individuals who want to acquire the skills needed to become a successful entrepreneur. We aim to pick a diverse and motivated group of people who will form long term connections with our entrepreneurial community.

This is a free program with only 25 places available.

What is the Ideation Program?

We are looking for 25 motivated people who are willing to work in collaborative teams. You will work on conceptualising solutions for the Northern Rivers region.

The Enterprise Lab is accessible and available to program participants during this period, offering co-working space, high-speed internet and expert support.

The Ideation Workshop culminates in an exciting event where teams pitch their ideas in front of a live audience and a selected panel of potential contributors who have been identified as key people who could help your project progress to the next level. Teams will be competing for seed funding of $2500 to support the building of their prototype.
