Matthew graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Science majoring in Osteopathic Studies & Human Structure and Function as well as a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine from Southern Cross University Lismore in 2017.

In the final years of his studies as part of his Masters research he was involved in a randomised controlled trial that focused on the effects of manual therapy on lung function in a middle-aged population with aims to promote healthy ageing.

During 2017 Matthew worked alongside leading orthopaedic surgeons and osteopaths in hospitals in India where he was responsible for post-surgical management, rehabilitation and gait re-training.

The hands-on mechanical approach to osteopathy and its results inspired Matthew to want to become an osteopath.
