Recipes for a Happy Life
This year, the Fusion Festival has partnered with student magazine flunk to create an online cookbook featuring recipes and cuisine ideas contributed by students and staff of the University - a great way to celebrate our diversity through sharing the food we love to share!
Adele Wessell, Associate Professor in History in the School of Arts and Social Sciences at Southern Cross, has contributed a foreword to the Cookbook. Through her interest in environmental history, Adele turned to the study of food, it's production and preparation. She has published on food as communication, nonhuman animals and tastescapes as an expression of the impact of eating on land use.
