Due to the escalating COVID situation developing throughout Australia, a decision has been made to pause registrations for future graduation ceremonies until such time as the current COVID crisis allows us to plan with a degree of confidence.

The University wants graduands to experience a truly memorable ceremony and that is not possible with the restrictions and constant border closures that the current COVID situation is causing.

We will continue to monitor the situation and announce any changes regarding registration for graduation via our website.

Your complimentary academic transcript and Australian Higher Education Graduate Statement are sent within 20-25 working days of when you complete your award.

Testamurs (degree certificates) can only be released after an award is officially conferred (approved) by the University Council. All testamurs are held securely by the SCU Graduation Office awaiting instructions from each graduating student.

Your testamur (degree certificate) will be sent after your award has been conferred (awarded) by the University Council.

To avoid delay please ensure your preferred address and phone number are updated in My Enrolment.

Testamurs will be sent by registered mail for domestic deliveries and by courier for all international addresses.
