International Yoga Day is a day of recognition of Yoga, that is celebrated across the world annually on June 21, to raise awareness about the manifold benefits of practicing yoga.
Yoga for One Earth, One Health
On Saturday 21st June the National Centre for Naturopathic Medicine will host, in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, Sydney and the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, a free public yoga event at The Quad in Lismore CBD to recognise and celebrate International Day of Yoga. The event will include a group yoga session, a panel discussion on the Science of Yoga followed up by a childrens yoga class. Herbal teas will be available for all attendees to enjoy.
