This year we are looking for photographs that capture an artistic aspect and that display an element of intrigue and originality, or reveal a striking engineering observation surrounding water.

Engineering and water offer a vast array of photographic opportunities. Your entry may capture an image with intricate engineering features, perhaps a bridge or structure over a waterway, a sea wall, floodwaters, creeks, the delicate drops of water falling from the edge of a dam wall, an artiticial reef, or part of our beautiful coastline.

This year's water theme celebrates Southern Cross University's new Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Coastal Systems Engineering, one of the only specialist undergraduate professional engineering degrees in Australia to train graduates for work in water engineering, coastal engineering and catchment management.

Award categories include; Winner, Highly Commended and Commended. Prizes are yet to be announced.
