1. Normally, the provisions governing disciplinary action for misconduct/serious misconduct are contained in the industrial instrument under which staff are employed.
2. Where employment is governed by the University's Enterprise Agreement, the process to be followed is documented in clauses 318 - 351 of the Agreement.
3. Where employment is not governed by the Enterprise Agreement, the procedures under the relevant agreement or individual contract will apply.
