Class Learning in Action - Strategies in Practice workshop

Following on from the Class Learning Roadshow workshops held in early February, the CTL team discussed strategies in practice with colleagues across SCU. In this workshop, colleagues shared the strategies used to encourage students to engage and participate in class, and the techniques used to manage online classes. Effective Marking and Feedback Workshop

The CTL team to discuss the value of rubrics. In this workshop we will cover the difference between Turnitin and Blackboard rubrics, show how to mark using Turnitin, and practise marking an assessment using a Turnitin rubric. QuickMarks will be shown but not in detail as this will be covered in the next recording. (This workshop was recorded 1 pm – 2:00 pm, 15th March 2022)
