Course summary

If you are keen to be equipped in a field that is integral to shaping the world we live in and offers professional opportunities across almost all industries, an Associate Degree in Information Technology will set you on your way. 

The course has a strong technical focus and will prepare you with practical and problem-solving abilities that every modern organisation needs. As a graduate, you will be able to apply skills in programming, web development and cyber security to systems analysis and design, databases and networks. Alternatively, choose to continue on for another year for your Bachelor qualification and specialise in your IT passion!

The University offers the 'Women in Technology' program which provides dedicated support for women entering this industry. Throughout the year, social and networking events are held for female students. The program has a coordinator who acts as an advocate for the students, offering support and advice for women entering this industry.
