Units typically include diverse ranges of written/oral assignments including reports, case studies, presentations, research studies and plans. More specifically, each unit include three interconnected assignments, starting with a brief discussion (e.g., identifying a work place issue by providing justification), followed by a critical review about the issue, and providing a remedial action plan/framework/intervention to tackle the issue. This can result in implementation of the practical frameworks translatable to practice.
Each unit has its own engaging website to keep you focused. Weekly activities, readings and case studies are laid out with step-by-step instructions. As the weeks progress and your knowledge deepens, you'll tackle increasingly sophisticated concepts and employ critical analysis. All our engaging recorded material is produced specifically for each unit, and addresses key practical learning points to enhance the engagement and link the theories to practice. This media-rich environment engages multiple senses (e.g. auditory, visual) to cater for different learning approaches and helps students to learn at their own pace, adopt independent self-study/self-regulation, manage their learning environment, and develop effective learning strategies.
