Course summary

The Graduate Diploma of Human Resources and Organisational Development covers eight core units of the Master of Human Resources and Organisational Development (MHROD). It provides specialist knowledge in the areas of strategic human resource management and development, organisational development and change, industrial relations, leadership and people management, organisational behaviour, and international human resource management. 

Students who complete the Graduate Diploma are awarded eight units of advanced standing towards the MHROD degree.

Note: all units in this course are core units in the Masters degree.
