"I loved that SCU offered the Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies as it wasn’t a degree offered elsewhere. It was a great introductory degree."

Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies

Study Justice Studies

Law students will study not only our legal system's rules, principles and policies, but what we take to be its core concept: justice.

At Southern Cross University, we strongly feel that a legal education without the idea of justice at its centre is no legal education at all.

Our Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies brings together studies in law and politics. It is an excellent degree for those wanting to work in policy development, paralegal positions, conveyancing, and in the justice sector. It provides a thorough practical grounding in legal knowledge and a strong understanding of Australian and international politics and society. If you have already been working professionally in the fields of law and justice, this course will extend your knowledge, skills and expertise.
