## Unit description

Revises analysis of variance from third year Research Methods, and introduces students to advanced research design and data analysis techniques. Statistical procedures will be introduced including factor analysis, multivariate analysis of variance and multiple regression. Students will also be required to critically evaluate methodological and statistical issues such as research design and null hypothesis testing. Teaching will take place in an interactive workshop environment.
