Unit description

This unit covers the fundamentals of starting a business from scratch, building and sustaining that business, and continually renewing and refreshing the business.

3b: Skilling, supporting (development of individuals and teams) and building a culture

  1. Manage your money: A financial focus

4a: Systems, controls and accountability (Developing a Balance Sheet)

4b: Sharing rewards (salaries, bonuses, etc.) and motivation

  1. Sustaining the business: A responsible business focus

5a: Profitability

5b: Corporate Social Responsibility and Responsible Business
