Unit description
This Work Integrated Learning (WIL) unit provides students with practical work-based experience, gained through a discipline-specific industry placement. In this double-weighted unit, students gain the opportunity to apply concepts and principles from their discipline to the work environment and reflect on their associated personal and professional development.

Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
