Unit description
Provides students with an opportunity to engage in academic research in a specified discipline area through the completion, under guidance, of a thesis or creative output and exegesis. This unit comprises the third and final stage of the Honours project.
Unit content
With guidance from an academic supervisor, students will typically cover the following topics during their thesis project units:

Thesis planning

Literature review

Planning and conducting a research project

Applying relevant methodologies and methods

Writing a draft thesis OR developing creative output(s) and a draft exegesis

Completing a thesis, or finalising creative output(s) and the exegesis, for submission

Dissemination of research in a discipline specific manner
