Unit description
This unit allows students to evaluate and develop new value propositions from multiple perspectives. Students will participate in deep collaboration and co-creation. They will use design-led frameworks that take into account both user and societal needs, and will also address business requirements and technological demands. By doing so, the student can create sustainable value.
Unit content
1. Human-centred design methodologies.
2. Inter-cultural design frameworks.
3. Collaboration and teamwork.
4. Value co-creation.
5. Product and service innovation.
6. Business model innovation.
Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
