Unit description

This unit encourages students to recognise and create opportunities, using operational and collaborative capacity to introduce new and improved products and services. Students will use a range of approaches, tools, systems and processes to enhance their creative capabilities contributing to innovative business sustainability and growth.

Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

Analyse and evaluate innovation concepts, theories and strategies to support business sustainability and growth.

Integrate innovation management strategies to improve an organisation's innovation culture and performance.

Communicate effectively and professionally with a range of stakeholders about innovation management strategies for improved organisational culture and performance.
