Unit description
This unit encourages students to recognise and create opportunities, using operational and collaborative capacity to introduce new and improved products and services. Students will use a range of approaches, tools, systems and processes to enhance their creative capabilities contributing to innovative business sustainability and growth.

4. Innovation project management.
5. Innovation tools and processes.
6. Innovation change agents.
Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit.
