Unit description
Supports the identification and exploratory application of an appropriate methodology for a specific research problem in education. Students learn research skills through the selection of a research paradigm, theoretical approach, methodology and research design for this problem. They explore different ways of conceptualising data to develop and/or apply ethical methods for collecting and analysing data and presenting and discussing research findings. Quantitative, Qualitative, Mixed Methods, Arts-based and Post-qualitative approaches to inquiry will be explored.

Module 4: Ways of exploring and analysing data
Module 5: Ways of presenting findings
Module 6: Ways of discussing data and making meaning
Learning outcomes
