Further develops the study of engineering dynamics. The focus is on machines and associated mechanisms, vibration and balancing. Emphasis is on the dynamic forces within machines and their significance with respect to the equipment they drive, are driven by or are mounted on. An industry-standard software package is used for modelling, complex calculations and visualisation. Some guided self-learning is expected.
