Unit description

Provides students with an appreciation of the contemporary health science research landscape, identifying research needs in improving health care and developing research questions. Skill is acquired in systematically locating, appraising and synthesising published research.

Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit.
