Introduces students to the field of Lifestyle Medicine, and the foundations of the discipline.
Unit content
- Introduction to lifestyle medicine.
- Determinants of health and lifestyle disease.
- Nutrition and health.
- Physical activity and health.
- Sleep and health.
- Practitioner health and wellbeing.
Learning outcomes
