Unit description

Introduces students to the games, the people and the places associated with modern gambling. A problem-based learning approach is then used to teach students how to create a gaming room floor using both consumer behaviour and harm minimisation principles.

Topic 5: Ethical practices in the provision of gambling
Topic 6: Thinking creatively

Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit.
