Unit description
Introduces students to a professional learning experience that offers practical work in the tourism and hospitality industry. Students focus on securing and maintaining a 600 hour internship over a 6-month period by integrating academic learning into a professional and practical learning experience.

Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit.
