Unit description
Aims to develop an understanding of concepts, theory and worldview of culture. This is achieved by focusing specifically on developing students’ understanding of group, interpersonal, national, and international culture. This unit also examines the role of culture during organisational change.

Module 4: National culture
Module 5: Cultural analysis
Module 6: Leading cultural change
Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit.
