Unit description

Provides students with the knowledge and skills to utilize contemporary data analytics tools. Students are introduced to big data technologies and learn to build data analytics solutions using data analytics tools and technologies to solve real-world problems and aid decision-making.

Topic 3: Data analytics tools

Topic 4: Accessing data and data wrangling

Topic 5: Building business analytics solutions using data analytics tools

Topic 6: Decision-making using data analytics

Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
