Unit description
Considers ways to understand user needs, goals and tasks. This unit deals with analysis methods for human-centred design of information-rich user interfaces and user experiences. Covers methods applicable to formative and summative testing and evaluation. Students learn to extract and analyse findings into audience segments, personas and scenarios that model user behaviour.

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit.
