Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.

On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

use teamwork to analyse and understand user requirements and assess appropriate technologies to design a suitable technology solution

use agile project management techniques to manage a substantial information technology project relevant to a student's course major

apply an agile methodology to work within a team to design, develop and test a computer system, computer application or technology solution

effectively communicate with all stakeholders during all stages of system development verbally, in writing, using collaboration software and via formal presentations
