Unit description
Examines the principles of contract law and how they regulate ‘private’ obligations entered into between individuals, and/or individual legal entities. Introduces some theoretical influences that shaped development of common law contract principles. Discusses legal principles related to formation of a contract, formalities and the meaning given to the terms of the contract.
