Introduces students to the management and application of Electronic Business (eBusiness) solutions within tourism and hospitality organisations. Using workshops, and an ‘emergent curricula’ approach, students engage with recent research into the implementation and management of eBusiness, and apply their learning to aspects of interface design and usability for technology applications.
