Unit description
This unit is designed to allow students to pursue particular interests within their employment or as part of their volunteer activities. The project is self derived (in consultation with the supervisor) and should involve some measure of either or both of the above.

Students will be supplied with information required to complete their chosen projects. This will include detailed advice and examples appropriate to the project undertaken.Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
