Unit description
Introduces students to foundational level skills and knowledge in relation to songwriting, ensemble rehearsal and music performance. Students will rehearse and perform in small ensembles and participate in songwriting practical sessions.

Ensemble rehearsal and performance in small ensemble context

Introductory technique on an instrument or in singing in an ensemble setting
- Foundational songwriting (lyric and melody) techniques
