    Students are required to attend scheduled classes and participate in online activities. Students will be required to attend on-campus classes and complete 8 observational clinical placement hours. This unit contains Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities that require students to meet mandatory fit to practice obligations prior to attending. Learning outcomes

Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. On completion of this unit, students should be able to:

describe the historical evolution of naturopathic medicine

explain, individually or in a group, the underlying philosophies and principles of naturopathic medicine

discuss the scope and delivery of contemporary naturopathic medicine practice

recognise clinical reasoning frameworks applicable to the discipline of naturopathic medicine
