Unit description
Learners explore integrative approaches to reproductive health. Evidence-based, patient-centred approaches are applied to male and female fertility, pre-conception care, pregnancy, breastfeeding and post-partum health. The unit also examines the various factors that influence male and female reproductive health.

Topic 4: Managing infertility in women and men
Topic 5: Pre-conception care
Topic 6: Managing health during pregnancy and post-partum, and assisting breastfeeding.
