Unit description

Focuses on an identified area for improvement in the work setting. A variety of change management models will be explored. Students will be given the opportunity to either enhance their work practices by identifying and implementing a change to their workplace or formulating a plan to expand their own nursing practice by increasing their adoption of areas with the scope of practice.

  • Application of a range of change management tools for work environment enhancement
  • Application of a range of change management tools for personal practice enhancement
