Unit description
Develops students’ skills in the design, management and evaluation of effective stakeholder engagement processes in engineering environments. Theories and frameworks are explored to enable students to consider appropriate strategies for managing participation. A case study will provide students with the opportunity to explore stakeholder engagement, and reflect on and evaluate effective engineering management processes.
