Allows Masters students to undertake a major individual investigation that involves the application of multidisciplinary skills, and to prepare a report with a research focus or integrated management focus. Masters students are encouraged to submit an article to a refereed journal if they complete this unit and SCI03071. Research Project II is a double weighted unit.
This is an independent research unit and there is no formal syllabus. On completion of Research Project II students should be able to conduct independent research from conception to completion.
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
