Equips students with the basic tools they need to train athletes to achieve training goals by providing the practical knowledge of the principles and application of training essential to work as an accredited exercise scientist or strength and conditioning coach. Importantly, a practical emphasis is a focus of this unit, equip students with the ability to design and deliver strength and conditioning programs to improve physical function and performance.
