Welcome to the Lismore campus of Southern Cross University.  I'm going to take you on a tour to meet some of the people and to see some of the facilities that make this such a great place to study.

The first thing you notice is the beautiful setting - with lots of greenery, walkways and wildlife, the campus is the perfect place to pursue your studies.

Lismore is part of the wider Northern Rivers region, a vibrant creative community and less than an hour to iconic destinations like Byron Bay.

At the heart of the Lismore campus is the Learning Centre.

It's the perfect place to study, working with classmates or by yourself, with friendly staff on hand to assist you.

Degrees on offer at the Lismore campus reflect a range of disciplines:  Business and Tourism, Creative and Performing Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Education, Environment, Science and Engineering, Health, Indigenous studies and Law.

Allied health and nursing students gain hands-on experience in and simulated wards and specialist laboratories.

This is the SCU Health clinic.  The clinic provides a health service for students, staff and the public.

In the clinic, students gain practical experience working alongside qualified practitioners, as well as through clinical placements off campus.

Contemporary music students learn from the best and in a professional setting, with Studio One29 providing experience in all aspects of the music industry.

Visual arts students use studio facilities for drawing, 3D studies, painting, printmaking, papermaking, digital art, design and photography.

Our media students hone their craft in digital media production facilities.

Science, environmental science and engineering students use state-of-the-art facilities, as well as undertake field trips and work placements.

As well as providing a great learning environment, SCU undertakes world leading research in areas such as geoscience and plant science.

The social side of university-life matters too.  With clubs and societies; sporting facilities; and activities organised by the UniLife team.

Accommodation is also available on campus at SCU Village.
