Bachelor of Science has a new major in Regenerative Agriculture

Traditional agricultural science has left in its wake a growing number of serious environmental issues. Agriculture for the future demands we rethink our approach to farming systems as well as how we manage food production and distribution.

Drawing on the University’s specialist expertise in plant science, agronomy and environmental chemistry, this major delves deeply into the emerging practice of regenerative agriculture, examining human ecology, agroecology, regenerative agronomy and soil management as well as the planning of rural landscapes.
