Learning outcomes
Unit Learning Outcomes express learning achievement in terms of what a student should know, understand and be able to do on completion of a unit. These outcomes are aligned with the graduate attributes. The unit learning outcomes and graduate attributes are also the basis of evaluating prior learning.
On completion of this unit, students should be able to:
demonstrate an understanding of the concepts of creative, lateral and innovative thinking
apply collaborative methods and approaches to project-based problems
develop, test and evaluate original proposals in response to project-based problems
create a communication strategy for working across a range of topics

Students will require a computer or device with WebCam access and a Microphone. Students will need to have access to the internet to engage with online unit activities. Students can also access computers for study and internet access on campus.
Students will require access to technology (e.g. computer/device and internet access) to engage in various online unit activities. This includes the use of the Blackboard Learning site and other online applications. All students will be provided free access to an online collaboration technology called Microsoft Teams (MS Teams). Students will be required to collaborate with other students enrolled in this unit through the use of MS Teams to complete the assigned tasks and assessment items. More information about accessing and using MS Teams will be made available in your Study Resources on the Blackboard learning site.
